About the role

  • Recruit Aroma-Zone store teams.
  • Analyze recruitment needs, implement sourcing actions and conduct interviews.
  • Organize and coordinate collective recruitment sessions.
  • Use the ATS as the central tool of the recruitment process.
  • Update and monitor Retail recruitment KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or equivalent.
  • Significant experience of at least 5–6 years recruiting operational profiles in a retail environment.
  • Bilingual in Italian.
  • Rigorous use of office software and the ATS, with a focus on quality tracking and candidate experience.
  • Ability to establish high-quality interactions with candidates.
