About the role
- Contribute to building, enriching and prioritizing the product roadmap
- Lead end-to-end Discovery for your scope, aligned with business and strategic priorities
- Identify, qualify and formalize high-impact product opportunities based on user and business needs and data analysis
- Design and run advanced user research (interviews, tests, qualitative and quantitative analysis)
- Define and evaluate solution hypotheses and product scenarios, in collaboration with UX/UI, CRO and engineering teams
- Build well-argued product recommendations including objectives, expected impacts, risks and dependencies
- Scope mature product initiatives and ensure a clear handover to Delivery teams
Requirements
- Master's degree (business school, university or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management or digital (prior experience as a Product Owner is a plus)
- Strong expertise in Discovery, user research and product scoping
- Data-driven approach, focused on user and business impact
- Ability to contribute to a product roadmap with a cross-functional vision
- Proficient with Product Management tools: analytics, tracking, discovery tools, wireframing, prototyping
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and to influence without formal authority
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, structuring and collaboration skills
