About the role

  • Ensure the commercial momentum within the district as defined by the Regional Manager
  • Monitor and grow sales across your boutique district
  • Ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and implement action plans
  • Lead, develop and motivate your district's field teams
  • Coordinate salesforce activities to optimize results
  • Serve as the liaison between field teams and Regional Managers
  • Maintain a strong in-store presence; when needed, welcome, advise and process customer transactions
  • Manage HR contracts and staff movements
  • Oversee onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly applied at points of sale

Requirements

  • Commercial/business education
  • 5 to 7 years of team management experience in the retail sector
  • At least 5 years as a Store Manager in a high-traffic environment
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and/or organic products is an asset
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: customer advisory, reporting, KPIs, inventory management
  • Proficient with office software (MS Office) and POS systems (Cegid experience preferred)
  • Good level of English
  • Energetic, versatile, exemplary, and committed to high standards
