About the role
- Ensure the commercial momentum within the district as defined by the Regional Manager
- Monitor and grow sales across your boutique district
- Ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and implement action plans
- Lead, develop and motivate your district's field teams
- Coordinate salesforce activities to optimize results
- Serve as the liaison between field teams and Regional Managers
- Maintain a strong in-store presence; when needed, welcome, advise and process customer transactions
- Manage HR contracts and staff movements
- Oversee onboarding of new employees
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly applied at points of sale
Requirements
- Commercial/business education
- 5 to 7 years of team management experience in the retail sector
- At least 5 years as a Store Manager in a high-traffic environment
- Knowledge of cosmetics and/or organic products is an asset
- Strong understanding of retail operations: customer advisory, reporting, KPIs, inventory management
- Proficient with office software (MS Office) and POS systems (Cegid experience preferred)
- Good level of English
