About the role

  • Ensure the organization and operational oversight of the store
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support team members
  • Lead and manage all store activities
  • Maintain total customer satisfaction
  • Handle check-in and payment operations
  • Ensure the overall upkeep and presentation of the store
  • Motivate, coordinate and organize team activities

Requirements

  • Business/commerce-related education
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a busy retail store
  • Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products is an asset
  • Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
  • Good spoken English
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and POS systems (ideally Cegid)
  • Hands-on attitude, customer service and commercial sense
  • Ability to manage high-traffic periods and stressful situations
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Patient trainer with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong team player and recognized manager
  • Autonomy, diplomacy and ability to prioritize
  • Versatile, dynamic, operational and business-oriented
  • Results-driven and skilled at team coordination
