About the role

  • Manage, coach and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Work with Marketing Managers to deliver calling campaigns into existing customers and prospect data.
  • Identify opportunities and generate appointments to build a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Understand customers’ business goals and demonstrate how technology can accelerate their growth.
  • Generate leads and referrals for additional products and services.
  • Maintain customer records in our CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on team performance.
  • Support your team to exceed targets while creating a positive, high-energy work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech sales.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
  • Persuasive negotiation skills, combined with a polite, friendly manner.
  • Patience and skill to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Previous Team Leader experience
