Recruitment

• Serve as the primary recruiter for experienced sales hiring across all office locations nationwide
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced freight brokerage and logistics sales professionals
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates within the 3PL industry
• Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to understand hiring needs and market trends
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide insight to leadership on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting activity within the logistics industry
• Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the applicant tracking system
• Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed
