• Support the delivery of AI Use Cases
• Become a technical expert on ATG’s TMS system and the capabilities of the AI partner’s solution
• Work with Agent Office Owners to design and document local processes
• Define AI business capability requirements and translate to AI ready SOPs, working in conjunction with our AI partner
• Implement solutions at the Office level, training Agents on best practices, and educating stakeholders on the solution
• Identify and manage change management needs
• Convert feedback into actionable feature enhancements
• Act as a liaison with technology teams to ensure alignment and integration

• Use CRM to identify, call, and track prospects
• Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
• Perform a minimum of 50 cold calls per day
• Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Senior Account Executive

• Build relationships with customers, agents and other team members
• Research load information
• Report client requests
• Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met
• Negotiate price and cost of carrier services
• Update service-level reports and provide analysis on results
• Escalate ongoing performance issues to Carrier Relations Manager
