• Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirements.
• Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growth.
• Collect, analyze, and report on syndicated and retailer data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS).
• Build dashboards and scorecards that track velocity, distribution, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness.
• Provide reporting and insights that inform assortment, pricing, and promotional planning discussions.
• Partner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI.
• Evaluate promotional calendars and shopper programs with data-backed insights.
• Provide Finance with accurate, timely retail reporting aligned with financial tracking.
• Share insights with Marketing and Retail Leadership to inform launches, category storytelling, and in-store activations.
• Deliver standardized reporting frameworks that align the broader organization on retail performance and GTM priorities.

Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Compliance

• Set the strategic direction for ARMRA's regulatory affairs function, anticipating regulatory shifts and proactively positioning the business ahead of change.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Manager of Regulatory Affairs, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and building a high-performing team culture.
• Serve as the senior regulatory voice in cross-functional discussions, advising executive stakeholders on risk, opportunity, and compliance implications of business decisions.
• Own the regulatory roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that scale with the business and align with broader company objectives.
• Maintain deep expertise in FDA, FTC, and other dietary supplement regulations; translate regulatory developments into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
• Provide final review and approval of marketing materials, product labels, and digital content, ensuring claims are substantiated, truthful, and compliant.
• Oversee product labeling, including supplement facts panels and allergen declarations, ensuring full FDA compliance (21 CFR 101).
• Lead regulatory response to inquiries, audits, and submissions; serve as the primary point of contact with external regulatory bodies and consultants as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive regulatory documentation, including SOPs, raw material specifications, and finished product specifications.
• Direct stability testing programs, including protocol design, execution oversight, and final documentation review.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to build and maintain cGMP-compliant systems (21 CFR 111) that support ARMRA's scale and complexity.
• Embed regulatory thinking early in the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance from concept through commercialization.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, and Science to align on claims strategy and ensure messaging is both compelling and defensible.
• Act as the escalation point for complex regulatory questions raised by the Manager of Regulatory Affairs or other internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with external counsel, consultants, and regulatory bodies to strengthen ARMRA's position and stay ahead of industry trends.

Director of Regulatory Affairs

Project Manager

• Define and partner with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations to execute the long-term vision for Brand Project Management + Creative Operations, including systems, tools, and team structure that scale with company growth.
• Partner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure visibility, efficiency, clear process documentation and enforcement, and alignment across all project touchpoints.
• Lead process development and optimization across intake, prioritization, execution, and post-mortem.
• Integrate AI, creative tech, and automation tools to enhance creative throughput and ROI.
• Mentor and train less experienced project managers and producers, fostering a culture of collaboration, clarity, and accountability.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and resources across integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Help lead the resourcing strategy to ensure the right talent is aligned with the right work at the right time using workload analysis and forecasting tools.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex 360 campaigns (TVC, OOH, digital, packaging, experiential) by aligning all creative and marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with all department leads to define and communicate project scopes, priorities, and timelines.
• Lead internal meetings (discovery, status, review) and drive collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external teams on project health, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure every brief and execution aligns with brand standards and creative integrity.
• Act as the final checkpoint for creative quality and accuracy before assets go live.
• Track, analyze, and report on project KPIs to continuously improve processes and creative performance.
• Continuously audit and refine workflows to reduce friction and improve speed, quality, and output.

• Own and grow a portfolio of national and regional on-premise accounts
• Travel Retail and Traditional Hospitality will make up our primary on-premise channel sales, with additional opportunities in Food Service, Wellness and Coffee.
• Identify, pitch, and close new strategic partnerships aligned with brand positioning
• Develop and execute custom programs (sampling, menu integration, co-branded activations)
• Drive revenue and distribution targets within the on-premise channel
