Affiliate Manager

• Assist in the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Impact
• Coordinate logistics for affiliate onboarding, ensuring new partners receive appropriate training, education, and brand materials.
• Help manage internal affiliate communications and maintain up-to-date program guidelines, content, and performance expectations.
• Serve as a go-to contact for day-to-day affiliate inquiries, helping troubleshoot issues, share new campaign assets, and provide performance feedback.
• Support outreach and gifting initiatives for top-performing affiliates and practitioners to boost retention and loyalty.
• Assist in organizing virtual events, product education sessions, and incentive campaigns to motivate and engage the affiliate community.
• Support prospecting efforts by identifying and compiling lists of potential new affiliates and practitioners aligned with ARMRA’s brand values.
• Conduct outreach via email and DMs to invite qualified candidates to join the affiliate or practitioner programs.
• Track and report on outreach efforts, success rates, and pipeline progression.
• Maintain affiliate dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, revenue, and engagement.
• Compile weekly/monthly performance reports to support strategic decision-making and share results with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with tracking campaign participation, top-performer lists, and product performance across affiliate partners.
• Work closely with the Influencer, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align affiliate campaigns with brand moments and launches.
• Support coordination with the brand’s affiliate agency and ensure updates and tasks are communicated accurately and efficiently.

Growth Marketing

• Own all revenue-driving initiatives across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance.
• Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that scales revenue.
• Drive customer growth through full-funnel planning.

Creative Strategist

• Own and continuously evolve ARMRA’s performance creative strategy across acquisition channels.
• Build and optimize creative testing frameworks, hook-farm systems, and content production workflows.
• Develop scalable playbooks for concepting, UGC sourcing, scripting, editing, post-production, and creative QA.
• Drive creative innovation while maintaining alignment with ARMRA’s brand standards and scientific credibility.
• Develop channel-specific creative roadmaps across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google/P-Max, Display, Audio, and emerging platforms.
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing to improve creative performance, scale spend efficiently, and achieve CAC goals.
• Establish creative refresh strategies that reduce fatigue and maintain performance at scale.
• Define creative KPIs and success metrics, including thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CAC, MER, and incremental ROAS.
• Analyze creative performance and translate insights into actionable testing plans and creative briefs.
• Lead creative experimentation initiatives, including incrementality testing, audience testing, and messaging validation.
• Leverage data to identify emerging opportunities and continuously improve performance.
• Partner with Brand, Product, Retention, Community, and Growth teams to align creative strategies with business priorities.
• Translate complex science-backed product benefits into compelling, consumer-friendly narratives that drive conversion.
• Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new customer acquisition initiatives.
• Lead and mentor creative talent, including designers, editors, creators, and external partners.
• Manage relationships with freelance creators, UGC talent, production partners, and agencies.
• Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and quality standards across all creative contributors.
• Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Own creative asset organization, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.
• Evaluate and implement new creative technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities to improve speed and efficiency.
• Continuously refine creative operations to increase output quality, testing velocity, and team effectiveness.

Director of Growth – Creative Strategy

Operations

• Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirements.
• Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growth.
• Collect, analyze, and report on syndicated and retailer data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS).
• Build dashboards and scorecards that track velocity, distribution, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness.
