About the role
- Lead monthly growth/pipeline, revenue, and staffing projections, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- Interpret and evaluate monthly business performance, including budget variance, KPIs, and trend analysis.
- Identify risks and opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Audit & Attest leadership to develop and maintain costing and profitability models.
- Assess customer and engagement profitability and support profit optimization initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Audit & Attest Operations, Resource Management, and Firm Operations teams to align planning, reporting, and analytics.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment that empowers team members to deliver high-quality insights and support excellent client experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, finance, analytics, or operations, preferably within professional services.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions through data and insight.
