Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
Assume primary responsibility for responding to clients
Address tight deadlines with a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger administration, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget
Routinely communicate with Senior Accounting Consultants relating to financial close, accounting issues, and deliverables
Leverage multiple cloud based accounting systems, and integrated add-ons, to provide accounting services for our clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis
Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero and/or Sage Intacct
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other common formulas
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a client-facing environment
