About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing and resource planning across designated departments
- Collaborate with business and project leaders to assess capacity needs, skill requirements, and availability
- Align talent with project demands to ensure efficient delivery while supporting employee growth and engagement
- Monitor and manage current and projected capacity to identify resource gaps or surpluses
- Lead short- and long-term capacity planning efforts and provide proactive solutions
- Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate resource utilization and team effectiveness
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
- Work with global counterparts to support standardization of resource management practices
- Partner with Finance to ensure alignment between staffing plans, budgets, and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related role within a professional services or project-based environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and drive strategic planning
- Proven experience optimizing resource allocation to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with resource management tools; experience with Workday is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
