About the role
- Drafting inbound and outbound agreements
- Participating in and leading complex technology transactions
- Providing overall management and oversight of legal support to transactions
- Keeping informed on applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance
- Partnering with revenue, sales, technology, and compliance teams
- Building critical relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting business teams in identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks
- Assisting in the design and implementation of appropriate policies
Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience supporting commercial transactions
- 3+ years of in-house experience in B2B Software or Systems companies
- Pragmatic, business mindset
- Demonstrated exceptional bedside manner in supporting internal clients
- Track record of effectively navigating opportunities and strategic shifts in an early-stage business
- Public sector legal experience strongly preferred
