Implement the long-term upstream sales strategy in the assigned territories through insulation technical leadership.
Establish a customer base of mechanical engineers, specifiers, owners, and key stakeholders.
Develop new opportunities and capture market share within focused industries such as education, healthcare, and office/mixed use.
Provide advice to optimize system performance and knowledge on Code compliance.
Become an insulation technical expert for insulation users throughout the assigned territories.
Educate customers on Armacell offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
Contribute competitive market intelligence regarding performance of alternate materials and competitive activities.
Attend project site visits to assist clients with project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or related field required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, equipment industries.
Familiarity of the refrigeration industry preferred.
Expert knowledge on bid/specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets.
Ability to read mechanical drawings to identify application and equipment for products.
Ability to travel up to 65%.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com, or similar CRM platform.
