About the role

  • Develop the growth strategy for the business unit (BU) in collaboration with business and marketing leadership;
  • Build and maintain the quarterly marketing and growth plan, including setting objectives and initiatives;
  • Define go-to-market strategy, market studies and buyer personas for the BU;
  • Act as the focal point between the BU, Marketing teams (CRM, Media, Social, Brand) and agencies;
  • Create, prioritize and manage the backlog of projects and campaigns;
  • Build and monitor the execution roadmap, ensuring focus and prioritization;
  • Orchestrate execution via external partners, ensuring quality, timelines and SLAs;
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards and regular follow-up rituals;
  • Manage campaign, agency and media budgets, tracking budgeted vs. actual spend;
  • Report results and learnings to BU leadership and the executive board.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proven experience in marketing (minimum 3–5 years);
  • Prior experience in Growth, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Planning or Commercial Management;
  • Experience with demand-generation strategies and the B2B sales funnel;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs;
  • Experience with multiple marketing channels (digital, CRM, events, offline);
  • CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar);
  • BI and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, advanced Excel);
  • Project and backlog management tools;
  • Experience managing and coordinating vendors and external partners;
  • Advantageous to have experience in heavy machinery, agribusiness, industrial sectors or B2B services.
