Partner with commercial leaders to drive business goals and make sound financial decisions for the organization.
Engage cross functional teams to execute financial plans and drive alignment on strategic priorities.
Model, evaluate and advise on the financial impact of partnership deals, promotional plans, pricing decisions and marketing investments.
Maintain long range planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
Provide weekly and quarterly reporting and analysis on performance of the business against plan to the Senior Leadership team.
Use own initiative and analysis to spot trends or anomalies in the business which others cannot or have not seen, drive action from these insights.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a finance field
Experience in Retail Sales facing FP&A function a plus
Solid business decision maker while dealing with ambiguity and motivated to reduce its impact on the business
Comfortable working with large quantities of data across multiple systems
Team player and takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Presents ideas and information in a concise, well-organized manner
Organized with excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast paced, highly matrixed, rapidly changing environment
Proficient with Excel, Tableau, Adaptive and embracing AI a plus.
