About the role
- Lead the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO).
- Ensure policies and procedures are governed in accordance with the QMS.
- Maintain certification alignment.
- Prepare for internal and external audits.
- Oversee clearance processing and access control.
- Report compliance gaps, risks, and improvement needs to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, quality management, or a related field.
- Must have an active Top Secret security clearance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, compliance, or governance.
- Strong knowledge of CMMC, ISO 9001, and CMMI frameworks.
- Experience with government contracting compliance and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
- Active or eligible FSO designation with knowledge of NISPOM standards.
