About the role
- Manage and develop a team of five, setting the standard for quality, compliance, and client care.
- Oversee day-to-day collections activity, supporting your team with complex or challenging cases.
- Foster a culture of coaching, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all activity meets FCA and internal standards, with a focus on fair outcomes for customers, including those who may be vulnerable.
Requirements
- Three to five years’ management experience in collections, ideally in asset finance.
- Experience with both consumer and business finance.
- Strong working knowledge of FCA rules and compliance.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Integrity, kindness, and a personal approach to client service.
- DIPAF or MICM qualification is desirable but not essential.
