About the role

  • Technical Sales Lead: Partner with Account Executives to deliver high-impact product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) tailored to agency-specific missions.
  • Compliance Architect: Map product capabilities to federal security controls. You will be the point person for explaining how our platform helps a customer achieve an Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • RFP & RFI Ownership: Lead the technical response for customer solicitations, ensuring all security and compliance documentation is accurate and compelling.
  • Mission Implementation (Post-Sales): Oversee the transition from "sold" to "live." You will lead the initial technical implementation, guiding agency IT teams through configuration, API integrations, and security validation.
  • Customer Success Technical Liaison: Serve as the technical escalation point during the first 90 days post-implementation to ensure the solution meets the performance requirements of the agency’s specific environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role, specifically within the Public Sector.
  • Compliance Mastery: Deep, working knowledge of FedRAMP (High/Moderate), CMMC 2.0, and the NIST SP 800-53 framework.
  • The "ATO" Mindset: Proven experience navigating the ATO process within the Department of Defense (DoD) or Civilian agencies.
  • Technical Depth: Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS GovCloud, GCP, Azure Government), APIs, and enterprise security (Identity Management, Encryption at Rest/Transit).
  • Communication: The ability to explain complex zero-trust architectures to CISOs and end-users alike.
  • PREFERRED: Certifications or experience such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
