About the role

  • Effectively represent IDEAL WORK in markets without a direct presence
  • Grow IDEAL WORK’s business by identifying applicators and distributors
  • Inspire architects and designers through presentations and site visits
  • Communicate the value of decorative finishes to architects and applicators
  • Engage with stakeholders including architects, applicators, and end clients

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales of contract, decoration, lighting, furniture, and equipment
  • Strong ability to interpret sales data and statistics
  • Proficiency in conducting research on social media and the web
  • Familiarity with the design and architecture sectors
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Italian
  • Knowledge of French and German is a plus
  • Proven experience in commercial negotiations and sales management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with applicator companies
  • Must reside in the Veneto area
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
  • High energy level and positive attitude
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with applicators and specifiers
  • Proficiency in creating multimedia presentations and CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
