About the role
- Effectively represent IDEAL WORK in markets without a direct presence
- Grow IDEAL WORK’s business by identifying applicators and distributors
- Inspire architects and designers through presentations and site visits
- Communicate the value of decorative finishes to architects and applicators
- Engage with stakeholders including architects, applicators, and end clients
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales of contract, decoration, lighting, furniture, and equipment
- Strong ability to interpret sales data and statistics
- Proficiency in conducting research on social media and the web
- Familiarity with the design and architecture sectors
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of French and German is a plus
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and sales management
- Ability to communicate effectively with applicator companies
- Must reside in the Veneto area
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
- High energy level and positive attitude
- Ability to establish strong relationships with applicators and specifiers
- Proficiency in creating multimedia presentations and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
