About the role
- Regular monitoring of performance dashboards.
- Analysis of key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Preparation of reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Updating website content according to internal requests (copy, visuals, documents, etc.).
- Maintenance and monitoring of the Material Database tool in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Ensuring correct integration of content and compliance with guidelines.
- Management of gated content documents using the marketing automation tool.
- Troubleshooting technical issues; creating and tracking support tickets.
- Participation in meetings organized by the Corporate Digital / Communications team.
- Tracking web roadmaps and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Proposing content optimization ideas (UX, structure, editorial tone).
- Applying SEO best practices (keywords, tags, internal linking, etc.).
Requirements
- Student in digital communication, digital marketing, web marketing, or an equivalent field of study.
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Some experience with a CMS and basic webmastering skills.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar).
