About the role

  • Actively participate in the daily management of HR and communications activities.
  • Prepare meetings of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
  • Organize the 2027 professional elections.
  • Draft and publish job postings and manage recruitment (interns, apprentices, fixed-term and permanent contracts as needed).
  • Maintain relationships with schools and universities.
  • Co-manage the intranet with the GPEC Technician: updates, content creation, and news dissemination.
  • Coordinate educational events and school/college partnerships (e.g., the "Terrains d’Entente" program).

Requirements

  • You will be enrolled in a Master's-level (Bac+4/5) program at a school or university, specializing in Human Resources, starting in September 2026.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are eager to discover the industrial environment and factory work organization.
  • Proficient with office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
