About the role
- Manage the site's social calendar (labor relations schedule)
- Prepare for and attend meetings of employee representative bodies
- Participate in the recruitment process: draft and post job ads, screen applications, schedule and take part in interviews
- Contribute to onboarding of new employees (preparing files, welcome programs, etc.)
- Ensure administrative follow-up for work-study students and interns
- Create tracking files for HR metrics
Requirements
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+3 to Bac+5 level)
- You are organized, meticulous, and respect confidentiality
- Curious and with good interpersonal skills, you can work in a team while being autonomous
- Good listening skills, adaptability, and a desire to learn are essential assets
- Comfortable using IT tools and common office software
