About the role

  • Manage the site's social calendar (labor relations schedule)
  • Prepare for and attend meetings of employee representative bodies
  • Participate in the recruitment process: draft and post job ads, screen applications, schedule and take part in interviews
  • Contribute to onboarding of new employees (preparing files, welcome programs, etc.)
  • Ensure administrative follow-up for work-study students and interns
  • Create tracking files for HR metrics

Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+3 to Bac+5 level)
  • You are organized, meticulous, and respect confidentiality
  • Curious and with good interpersonal skills, you can work in a team while being autonomous
  • Good listening skills, adaptability, and a desire to learn are essential assets
  • Comfortable using IT tools and common office software
