About the role
- Execute employee engagement activities
- Develop and implement CSR programs across sites
- Partner on community outreach and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, communication, or relevant fields
- At least five (5) years of experience in human resources
- At least three (3) years in supervisory role
- Familiar with human resources practices and regulations
- Proactive, self-managed, results and customer oriented, and team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
