About the role
- Coordinate dispatches with trucking coordinator and strategize delivery schedules
- Monitor and report daily Dispatch Plan, invoices, PODs, and billings
- Manage fleet, 3PL providers, and resources efficiently to optimize operations
- Ensure timely customs clearance for imports and exports and maintain customs records
- Implement customs process simplifications and apply for customs-related permits
- Prepare and submit reports including OTIF, Freight Cost, CO₂ Footprint, and Customs Savings Report
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to HSE standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility for relocation or reassignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2 years + experience in Logistics or Supply Chain; experience in a logistics company preferred
- Excellent knowledge of customs legislation and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work extended hours
- Flexibility to work in Taytay and Tanay, Rizal is a must
