About the role
- Create Master production schedule and collaborate with departments to support demand based on rolling forecast
- Work with production planner to create weekly production schedule
- Assist in replenishment of inter-company and third-party sales finished goods
- Provide material plan to ensure optimum level of RM and Finish goods Inventory
- Measure inventory needed expressed in days of production
- Lead Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning activities
- Coordinate with Sales Team regarding demand implications
- Perform Demand and Supply Plan for imported goods
- Update Material Master Data for accurate MRP results
- Assist in troubleshooting for SAP in Production Planning
- Assist in launching New Product and monitoring life cycle of existing finished goods
- Promote Continuous Improvement Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering or business/technical related courses
- Required skills on MS Office Application
- Experience across multiple supply chain competencies (Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement)
- SAP user or user of similar MRP tools
- Demonstrate ability to use ERP systems in production environment
- Experience in Sales and Operations
- Experience in Inventory Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team player
- Excellent work ethics
