About the role

  • Optimize the workshop's preventive maintenance activities
  • Establish monitoring indicators for the unit's critical parameters
  • Analyze trends in critical parameters to detect deviations
  • Propose improvements to reduce variability of these parameters and improve workshop productivity
  • Monitor equipment downtime during product/quality changeovers
  • Update operating procedures
  • Collaborate with the Process department to develop monitoring or simulation tools
  • Work with the Maintenance department to update equipment lists and maintenance procedures

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an engineering school on a work-study/apprenticeship program in Maintenance / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering (e.g., CESI, ICAM, ENSAM, IFP School, ...)
  • Be rigorous, curious and methodical in your work
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with good written communication
  • Strong focus on safety
