About the role
- Provide operational HR support by responding to requests from local teams
- Ensure proper application of legal frameworks and Arkema agreements
- Draft all contractual documents related to the employee lifecycle
- Manage hiring formalities, including the DPAE (Declaration Prior to Employment)
- Produce and monitor monthly statistics and headcount
- Contribute to the declaration/reporting of employees with disabilities
Requirements
- Student pursuing a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level qualification, ideally in GEA BUT at IUT Lumière Lyon 2
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of MyCareer and Neocase is a plus
