About the role

  • Provide operational HR support by responding to requests from local teams
  • Ensure proper application of legal frameworks and Arkema agreements
  • Draft all contractual documents related to the employee lifecycle
  • Manage hiring formalities, including the DPAE (Declaration Prior to Employment)
  • Produce and monitor monthly statistics and headcount
  • Contribute to the declaration/reporting of employees with disabilities

Requirements

  • Student pursuing a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level qualification, ideally in GEA BUT at IUT Lumière Lyon 2
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of MyCareer and Neocase is a plus
