About the role
- Develop commercial performance, profitability, and visibility of Bostik solutions
- Negotiate and approve national commercial agreements
- Build retailer/account strategies and lead national negotiations
- Ensure proper execution of agreements in the field
- Promote high value-added solutions in line with product strategy
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, management, marketing, engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience negotiating with central purchasing organizations
- Knowledge of the construction and interior decoration sectors is a plus
- Strong grasp of financial fundamentals (margin, net pricing, budget allocations)
