About the role

  • Develop commercial performance, profitability, and visibility of Bostik solutions
  • Negotiate and approve national commercial agreements
  • Build retailer/account strategies and lead national negotiations

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business, management, marketing, engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience negotiating with central purchasing organizations
  • Knowledge of the construction and interior decoration sectors is a plus
  • Strong grasp of financial fundamentals (margin, net pricing, budget allocations)
