Project Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery of Arkalytics implementations, including project setup, data discovery, productionalization, mapping, testing, and go-live
• Partner directly with clients to guide them through implementation best practices, set clear expectations, and manage risks
• Collaborate with technical teams (analysts, engineers, system admins) to define requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers
• Facilitate client-facing meetings: project kickoffs, status updates, UAT sessions, training and issue resolution
• Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting in Smartsheet and Jira, ensuring accuracy of scope, effort, and completion tracking
• Drive adoption of consistent implementation processes, templates, and tools to improve quality and efficiency

Senior Project Manager

Engineering Manager

• Oversee all ELT pipeline tasks for Arkalytics implementations, ensuring accuracy, security, scalability, and performance.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for the design, development, and review of code across data pipelines and integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients on all Arkalytics pipeline implementation matters and escalations.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to define project milestones, ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget, and proactively address client issues.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks appropriately, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution.
• Conduct technical reviews of code and releases prior to deployment, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
• Partner with Solution Architects to define and implement best-in-class technologies and practices across Arkalytics.
• Work closely with the Production Support Lead to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, including participating in triages as needed.
• Take ownership of challenges, apply creative problem-solving, and proactively remove roadblocks to guide the team to success.
• Encourage continuous learning and innovation in areas such as data engineering, AI, stream processing, and cloud data services.
• People management responsibilities for engineers, including mentoring, coaching, and training for success.
• Participate in team staffing decisions, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Analyst

• Lead and oversee data analysis and implementation activities for ancillary Arkalytics projects.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to define project milestones, ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget, and proactively address client issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all Arkalytics Business Conformance (BCON) and Visualization implementation matters and escalations.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, user training, and other client-facing meetings.
• Gather and document requirements for data pipeline integrations (ELT) and business logic data mappings.
• Document and review Source-to-Target Mappings (STTM).
• Partner with Solution Architects to define and implement best-in-class technologies and practices across Arkalytics where applicable.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for the development and review of code across the business conformance and BI layers.
• Perform data profiling and analyze source system data and metadata.
• Develop, review, and test SQL code to support integrations and transformations.
• Test ELT workflows and provide sign-off to Implementation Engineers on source system integration work.
• Build and manage reference data for hierarchies, lookups, and groupings.
• Develop and maintain Data Dictionaries and Data Lineage documentation.
• Document processes, workflows, and templates to standardize and improve delivery.
• Develop and configure data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Manage, mentor, and coach analysts, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in staffing decisions including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Encourage innovation in areas such as data analysis, AI, stream processing, and cloud data services.

Lead Analyst

Customer Success Manager

• The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for managing and building the customer success management team for Arkatechture’s managed services platform (Arkalytics). They will drive customer success outcomes by owning, managing and growing our Arkalytics accounts. They will work closely and cross-functionally with the Implementation, R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Service delivery and Sales teams to develop programs and solutions that establish, expand, and deepen customer relationships.
• Through ownership of the post-sales customer relationships, the customer success team serves as an important feedback loop to the technology and product roadmap for Arkalytics. The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for aggregating these requests across customers and outlining requirements for the R&D team. This process will include expanding existing customer relationships, compiling and leading reviews with business stakeholders, expanding the depth of our managed services program, providing technical support, and providing feedback to the Product Owner, Service Delivery and Development teams. The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for accurately forecasting renewals and managing the customer lifecycle for optimal NRR. Additionally, the Head of Customer Success will work with their team to lead effective customer on-sites and strategy sessions with executive teams.
• The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for building and growing a successful Customer Success team at Arkatechture, including: hiring and management of Customer Success Managers, setting team goals and monitoring team performance, developing and implementing training materials and programs for new Customer Success Managers.
• This role will primarily include interfacing directly with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and timely resolution to requests and issues. This role requires leadership and management, as the customer success management team serves as the primary point of contact for our managed services customers and as the liaison to the development and service delivery teams who support the platform.
• The Head of Customer Success will be self-motivated, organized, able to handle competing priorities, and be an effective communicator.
