Analyst

• Lead and support the Data and Analytics Support Desk function, providing both technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to analysts and team members
• Act as a player-coach, maintaining hands-on involvement in complex support cases while mentoring and developing the team
• Serve as a senior escalation point for advanced SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, and BI-related issues
• Drive high-quality resolution of complex data platform issues, ensuring strong technical standards across all work
• Coach and mentor team members to deepen technical expertise, improve troubleshooting approaches, and grow professionally
• Own prioritization and triage of high-impact incidents, ensuring efficient routing and resolution
• Drive SLA adherence while maintaining a high bar for technical accuracy and quality
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring data defects and partner with Engineering and Product on structural improvements
• Ensure clear, proactive, and technically sound communication with clients throughout issue resolution
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to address systemic platform issues
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability. Partner with the Head of Support Services to implement structural improvements and elevate service quality.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing to reduce recurring issues
• Support operational tooling (PagerDuty, Jira, etc.) to ensure effective incident management and reporting
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management.

Lead Analyst

Account Executive

• Build and expand relationships with new and existing partners that operate in the Data Lake, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence markets
• These partners may be technology vendors, consultants or other operators in the markets and industries Arkatechture sells into
• These relationships should become a source of referrals and co-selling opportunities for you
• Build and expand relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor on data and analytics initiatives
• Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and business leaders
• Identify opportunities for long-term strategic partnerships and account expansion
• Lead discovery conversations focused on understanding business objectives and organizational challenges, not just technical requirements
• Translate client needs into tailored consulting engagements across:
• Data strategy & governance
• Data platform modernization
• Cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures
• Business intelligence & analytics
• AI / ML enablement
• Partner with internal delivery and technical teams to co-create solutions and develop compelling proposals
• Articulate the value of Arkatechture’s consulting capabilities in a way that connects technical solutions to measurable business outcomes
• Own the full sales lifecycle including sourcing, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close
• Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline aligned to revenue goals
• Drive high-value consulting engagements and strategic services opportunities
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility within HubSpot (or similar CRM)
• Partner closely with consulting, delivery, and practice leaders to ensure proposed solutions are achievable, impactful, and aligned with client goals
• Provide market feedback to help shape service offerings and go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment and delivery capacity

Account Executive, Professional Services

• Drive revenue and market share within your defined territory. You will own a quota!
• Develop trust and relationships with prospective clients and business leaders (community banks and credit unions)
• Identify, qualify, and close new business
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Arkatechture’s MSP offering, Arkalytics
• Work with established partners to extend our reach into your defined territory
• Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
• Track market competition and maintain industry thought leadership
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
• Practice effective time-management skills and leadership; you must be able to keep meetings, clients and other stakeholders on-task and productive
• Travel to customer locations and events in support of sales efforts (up to 20 - 30%).
