About the role
- Lead MarCom, Digital Marketing, Events, and Customer Education functions.
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing communications plan aligned to business strategies; modify as needed throughout the year.
- Manage execution of integrated marketing plans across digital channels, conferences, customer education, and the sales force.
- Create, execute, and track effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop and oversee conference strategy and execution, including national and regional events.
- Build and manage the customer education plan, including project management, planning, and metric tracking.
- Oversee content development projects.
- Serve as the liaison between the creative team, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on digital and marketing trends.
- Provide coaching, leadership, and direction to direct reports.
- Track budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Participate in any reasonable work activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Digital marketing strategy experience required.
- Healthcare/medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Web experience helpful.
- Advanced to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
