About the role

  • Serving as an active core team member in New Product Development (NPD) projects
  • Leading the planning and execution of procurement activities throughout the NPD lifecycle—from pre-study to implementation—ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget
  • Providing procurement status updates at each gate review stage of NPD projects
  • Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all project phases
  • Monitoring project and program performance, and delivering regular status reports to Management and the Project Office
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating procurement-related risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and processes
  • Guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve procurement-related project goals
  • Ensuring procurement deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
  • Managing project and program budgets with a focus on financial control and value creation
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in procurement and project management practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Business and Procurement processes in global environment
  • 5-10+ years of Procurement experience in a corporate setting
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
  • Strong knowledge of project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
  • Experience from leading projects in international organization
