About the role
- Understand product production flow E2E
- Continuous coordination and follow up with the production team
- Monitors inventory availability in order to ensure the production schedule complies with customer’s requirements
- Communicate at appropriate levels when an unbalance between demand and capacity is identified for assigned production lines
- Based on demand and capacity, develop the MPS in a monthly basis for assigned production lines
- Follow up products shipments and ensure on time delivery to the customers
- Update Planning Power BI
- Schedule adherence
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process and production control
- Generate Manufacturing Orders to meet customer requirements and follow up completion on time
- Creation and maintenance of Customer Orders/Distribution Orders in M3
- Daily follow up to production output with the manufacturing department to guarantee product availability for the customers
- Provide support as required on customer’s requirements and internal tasks
Requirements
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineer Degree or related field
- 2-3 years Supply Chain/Manufacturing Planning experience
- Intermediate to Advanced English level
- Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and applications
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English (Oral & written)
- Advanced Excel
- ERP system experience is required
