About the role
- Supports and instructs those served by the department with complex queries, applies specialized knowledge of multiple standards, policies and procedures, and maintains accurate and detailed records.
- Administer and maintain Hub-wide systems, including Airtable databases used for applications, participant tracking, mentor directories, surveys, and reporting.
- Manage application workflows, ensure data integrity, and maintain ongoing survey and program data to support program evaluation and reporting.
- Support the facilitation of workshops, trainings, or other programmatic support mechanisms.
- Work closely with university grant administration and the Office of the Executive Vice President and University Provost Finance and Operations team to submit and process related expenses for Hub-led cohorts, instructional stipends, travel and expense reimbursement, and other related financial transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships that strengthen coordination and collaboration and support deeper embedment within the ASU and greater Phoenix innovation ecosystem.
- Represent the NSF I-Corps Hub: Desert and Pacific Region and the Office of the Executive Vice President and University Provost by presenting at various unit, university, or partner meetings as it relates to the further dissemination of the I-Corps program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Experience with events production, both in-person and virtual.
- Experience with Zoom, Airtable, LMS management, or other digital tools.
- Experience working with incubation, acceleration, and/or venture development and commercialization programs.
- Experience working in Higher Education.
- Experience in planning and managing activities and establishing priorities.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, community members, and stakeholders.
- Experience in work that requires attention to detail; self-organized and reliable.
