About the role
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for client integrations—lead technical onboarding, align timelines, and drive implementation to production.
- Own delivery for 3rd-party integrations and client implementations from discovery through launch, stabilization, and post-launch support.
- Build requirements with internal teams and client technical stakeholders: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, test plans, and go-live plans.
- Manage the development pipeline using Azure DevOps (backlog, sprints, blockers, dependencies, release readiness) and Asana for cross-functional coordination (onboarding, vendor items, compliance/security steps, go-live checklists).
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Compliance, Support, Sales/Account teams) to align scope, priorities, and delivery commitments.
- Provide proactive status updates to clients and internal leadership; surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed early.
- Manage integration support during testing and go-live: triage issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and drive resolution with engineering and vendors.
- Maintain client-facing implementation documentation and internal runbooks/escalation playbooks.
- Support SOC 2 and ISO audit readiness by coordinating evidence collection, maintaining delivery documentation, and partnering with Compliance and Engineering on control implementation and remediation tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Implementation PM, or similar role in a software delivery environment
- Experience delivering API-based integrations (REST/JSON, auth, sandbox vs prod)
- Strong ability to translate needs into delivery artifacts: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum and managing work in Azure DevOps; cross-functional tracking in Asana
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Nice to Have **
- Identity, fraud/risk, AML/KYC, payments, regtech/fintech, or compliance-driven product experience.
- Familiarity with security/compliance reviews (SOC 2/PCI) and production readiness practices.
- Development experience in C#/.NET (able to review API specs, read logs, and collaborate effectively with engineers on implementation details).
- Experience partnering with QA or leading test execution for integrations (test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage, regression readiness, and release sign-off).
