• Architect and orchestrate compliance workflows that integrate AML, KYC, identity and age verification services into scalable systems
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a best-in-class hiring experience
• Execute core recruiting operations including applicant screening, applying screeners/filters, and maintaining ATS hygiene
• Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate fit, tone, and professionalism
• Coordinate multi-stage interviews, manage interviewer calendars, send calendar invites and prep materials, and handle follow-up logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable and ensure statuses reflect real-time activity
• Tag and analyze applicant sources, audit low-converting job boards, and improve source-of-hire data
• Generate weekly reports on candidate pipeline, source quality, and time-in-stage metrics
• Collaborate to optimize job posts and reduce unqualified applicant volume
• Support documentation of recruiting workflows and SOPs and maintain shared dashboards
• Meet weekly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align priorities, discuss blockers, and propose solutions

• Work across the full stack: backend systems, database performance optimization, and web-based monitoring and reporting tools
• Primarily develop in Azure and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD, collaboration, and project tracking
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives to improve fraud detection, risk assessment, and user experience
