Director

• As a Director of Advocacy, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community leaders, to promote our advocacy objectives.
• You will lead the development and implementation of strategic advocacy campaigns, leveraging your understanding of policy, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement to advance our mission.
• Work with Aristotle’s advocacy clients alongside the larger team to develop and implement strategic advocacy campaigns at the federal and state levels.
• Monitor and manage issues and make recommendations for digital content, position statements, or advocacy outreach efforts.
• Organize and coordinate events, such as fly-ins/lobby days.
• Monitor and analyze legislative developments related to client focus and adjust campaign strategies as necessary.
• Manage digital assets for social channels and/or websites.
• Manage and execute advocacy communications programs, including action alerts, newsletters, and social media content.
• This is a political advocacy/government affairs position, not related to patient advocacy and/or a non-profit advocate position.

Director of Advocacy

• Develop and execute effective advocacy strategies that align with organizational goals and amplify our message to key audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to support advocacy efforts.
• Serve as a strategist for client accounts, and a thought leader in the advocacy community to help build Aristotle’s brand amongst key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure advocacy strategies are integrated into broader marketing and communications plans.
• Manage digital assets for social channels and/or websites.
• Assist in leading/managing coalitions on key policy issues.
• Assist with public relations efforts on behalf of clients in targeted markets.
• Monitor and analyze policy developments and industry trends to inform advocacy strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
• Lead the creation of advocacy materials, including briefs, presentations, and digital content, to engage and educate stakeholders and the public.
• Organize and participate in events, meetings, and other activities to promote advocacy objectives and build community support.
• Manage and mentor a team of account managers and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Help lead business development efforts and expanding Aristotle’s advocacy brand amongst the government affairs marketplace.
• Report on the progress of advocacy campaigns, evaluating their impact and effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes.
• This is a political advocacy/government affairs position, not related to patient advocacy and/or a non-profit advocate position.

Senior Director of Advocacy

Compliance

• Prepare and file Federal and State campaign finance reports with appropriate agencies.
• Prepare and file lobbying, pay-to-play and non-profit tax forms for clients as needed.
• Import or enter receipt and disbursement activity and HR files in PAC software.
• Serve as primary point of contact and overall relationship manager for assigned customers.
• Perform banking services (account set-up, deposits, check preparation, ledger, and reconciliation) for client PACs.
• Screen proposed contributions against prohibitions and limits; track disbursement limits and prohibitions.
• Develop detailed operating procedures for each client and assist in new client software conversions and custom programming needs.
• Train clients on proper use of the software to meet their PAC program goals and objectives.
• Prepare financial and PAC management reports and letters to accompany disbursements as needed.
• Respond to client requests in a timely manner and establish/maintain positive client relationships.
• Work with Compliance and Development teams to resolve client data or functionality issues.
• Attend events and conferences as a representative of the company and department.
• Contribute to team operations, help train new employees, support team members when coverage is needed, and meet multiple statutory deadlines.

Political Compliance Manager

• Provide Political Action Committee (PAC) and lobbying compliance and management services to clients
• Prepare and file Federal and State campaign finance reports and other regulatory filings
• Enter or manage entry of data in client PAC databases; import or enter receipt and disbursement activity and HR files in PAC software
• Screen proposed contributions against relevant prohibitions and limits and track disbursement limits and prohibitions
• Perform banking services (account set-up, deposits, check preparation, ledger, and reconciliation) and regular bank reconciliations
• Assist clients in PAC management, internal reporting, and prepare financial and PAC management reports
• Serve as mentor and assist junior colleagues; may serve as team lead including training new team members and delegating work
• Act as primary relationship manager for selected clients: manage client expectations, communicate project status, increase customer satisfaction, ensure retention, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve product/business issues
• Prepare and file lobbying, pay-to-play and non-profit tax forms as needed; prepare letters to accompany disbursements

• Serve as the primary point of contact and overall relationship manager for assigned customers
• Oversee all post-sale activities and ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Measure and monitor ongoing customer satisfaction and deliver programs to increase satisfaction
• Provide strategic guidance on implementation of PAC and/or advocacy programs
• Counsel clients on PAC and/or advocacy best practices to achieve legislative, membership and/or communications goals
• Write newsletters, calls to action, or web content for clients as needed
• Serve as the project manager for setup and launch of clients' PAC and/or advocacy software suite
• Train clients on proper use of the software to meet program goals and objectives
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal technical teams; translate business requirements into high-level technical specifications

Client Relations Manager

• Architect and orchestrate compliance workflows that integrate AML, KYC, identity and age verification services into scalable systems
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• Develop orchestration layers that coordinate multiple verification services and third-party integrations
• Create reporting and monitoring systems to track compliance metrics, fraud detection outcomes, and regulatory KPIs

Recruitment

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a best-in-class hiring experience
• Execute core recruiting operations including applicant screening, applying screeners/filters, and maintaining ATS hygiene
• Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate fit, tone, and professionalism
• Coordinate multi-stage interviews, manage interviewer calendars, send calendar invites and prep materials, and handle follow-up logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable and ensure statuses reflect real-time activity
• Tag and analyze applicant sources, audit low-converting job boards, and improve source-of-hire data
• Generate weekly reports on candidate pipeline, source quality, and time-in-stage metrics
