About the role
- Develop the after-sales business in conjunction with the department staff, identifying market needs and opportunities.
- Drive and support connectivity and connected services.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators and the Service Dashboard.
- Manage parts and service pricing and budgets to align with regional guidelines.
- Conduct a service center monitoring program: Network development (sales and support); service level harmonization; Support and contribute to projects for process and system improvement, harmonization, and control.
- Track and monitor installed vehicle fleets.
- Benchmark services and spare parts in the market.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC and installations sector, and in sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proactive.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English (B2 level) and Spanish (C1 level) is essential.
- A minimum B2 level of Catalan is highly recommended.
