About the role

  • Develop the after-sales business in conjunction with the department staff, identifying market needs and opportunities.
  • Drive and support connectivity and connected services.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators and the Service Dashboard.
  • Manage parts and service pricing and budgets to align with regional guidelines.
  • Conduct a service center monitoring program: Network development (sales and support); service level harmonization; Support and contribute to projects for process and system improvement, harmonization, and control.
  • Track and monitor installed vehicle fleets.
  • Benchmark services and spare parts in the market.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC and installations sector, and in sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level) and Spanish (C1 level) is essential.
  • A minimum B2 level of Catalan is highly recommended.
