About the role
- Lead and develop the logistics team
- Manage logistics P&, forecasting, cost & stock control
- Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement culture within the Logistics Department
- Contribute to logistics strategy development and implementation
- Monthly planning and forecasting of import and end-to-end material flows
- Monthly planning of internal SOP consolidating market forecasts
- Manage daily operation of import and coordinate with warehouse keeper
- Analyze distribution and overall supply chain performance
- Develop and execute inventory management strategy
- Scout logistic suppliers and manage tender/rfq processes
- Coordinate between departments for aligned logistics operations
- Support budget preparations and variance analysis
- Measure and analyze logistic performance metrics
- Oversee logistics IT systems and reporting
- Propose strategic projects for service improvement/cost reduction
Requirements
- Degree in Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in Logistics Department
- Good relational skills
- Teamwork aptitude
- Flexibility
- Pro-activity
- Proficiency in English
