About the role
- Collecting and maintaining client contact information, operator/brand details, and any other documentation required by the Account Management team.
- Supporting and monitoring clients' promotional activities, ensuring marketing commitments are followed and assisting with setup when needed.
- Assisting in collecting and maintaining technical client information.
- Supporting testing of new features on behalf of the Account Management team and clients.
- Assisting in monitoring and updating game settings, including RTP levels and bet scales.
- Participating in internal review projects alongside the Account Management and Operations teams.
- Ensuring clients' product libraries from ARRISE are live and functional on client websites.
- Developing an understanding of a client's player user journey and providing reports to the Account Management team.
- Collaborating with the Sales Support Team to ensure a smooth handover for newly onboarded clients.
- Supporting the Account Management team with internal procedural requirements.
- Assisting with any other tasks as required by the Account Management and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Experience working in a fast-paced project environment with the ability to adapt.
- Experience in Customer Support roles within the gaming industry is preferred.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Initiative and responsibility in meeting deadlines and agreements.
- Strong team spirit.
- Diligent, organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, using own initiative.
