About the role

  • Senior User Experience Designer for Arine's Virtual Pharmacist platform and solutions, focusing on Clinical Content and Intelligence UX
  • Conduct internal and external user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
  • Lead ideation sessions, workshops and design exercises with product and feature teams
  • Create user flows, wireframes, sketches and prototypes; iterate with stakeholders and engineering
  • Produce pixel-perfect UI mockups reflecting brand/design principles and ensure proper implementation
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Refine and contribute to the company's design system of style specifications, guides, templates, and processes
  • Become the voice of users; define key user flows and crisp requirements to deliver intuitive value
  • Own parts of the product, contribute to design prioritization and execution

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in user experience, UI design or a related field working directly with software products and services
  • Experience in user research methodologies, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
  • Sincere customer empathy with a drive to understand the needs behind their challenges
  • Ability to guide front-end developers and product managers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and solve complex user problems and balance engineering requirements/trade-offs
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Working closely with product managers, clinical experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business objectives
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable design improvements
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
  • Able to see and leverage patterns in seemingly diverse use cases and product flows
  • Self starter with desire to define and drive product design standards across the company
  • Ability to pass a background check
