• Drive international new business acquisition across retail and brand sectors
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
• Identify and convert new client opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
• Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, costing accuracy and smooth project handover
• Work with Marketing to support positioning, presentations, and go-to-market initiatives
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitability targets are achieved
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging trends
• Represent ARIAN at international client meetings
