International Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive international new business acquisition across retail and brand sectors
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
- Identify and convert new client opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, costing accuracy and smooth project handover
- Work with Marketing to support positioning, presentations, and go-to-market initiatives
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitability targets are achieved
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging trends
- Represent ARIAN at international client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally within print, POS, retail or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of production processes and materials
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- High willingness to travel internationally
