About the role
- Inside sales support for the Maghreb region
- Schedule monitoring and complaint handling
- Preparation and management of customer orders
- Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
- Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
- Handling inquiries in French and English with a focus on resolving technical questions
- Preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up / project tracking
Requirements
- A technical education or several years of experience in a technical environment
- At least 2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role within industry
- Fluent German and French skills and good English skills
- Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft applications (MS Office)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and an independent yet team-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%) and a valid driving licence (Class B)
