About the role
- Act as a Sales and Business Consultant serving customers in the technology sector, focusing on presenting payment and billing solutions, explaining their benefits and use cases, and managing the full negotiation journey, including implementation, service, support, maintenance and after-sales with the client.
- Support the technical team in executing integrated tests and certification/acceptance testing, and accompany the client throughout their lifecycle with the company.
- Provide customer attention from prospecting through post-sales with upsell and cross-sell, engaging with professionals who have solid knowledge of finance, logistics and business areas.
Requirements
- Experience in the commercial/sales area, particularly in negotiation, customer service and support;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM systems;
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business teams;
- Willingness to travel;
- Familiarity with technology platforms and a basic understanding of bank reconciliation will be considered a plus.
