About the role

  • Manage a defined group of employees across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Oversee the recruiting process and support onboarding
  • Advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Implement and ensure compliance with employment law and HR-related policies
  • Maintain and further develop HR master data and systems
  • Optimize existing HR processes and introduce modern solutions
  • Participate in and implement HR projects (e.g., digitization, employer branding, health management)

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on HR or a commercial qualification with additional HR certification (e.g., HR specialist / Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law and basic knowledge of social security and tax law
  • Experience in project management and in digitizing HR processes
  • Strong communication and advisory skills with an empathetic and confident demeanor
  • Structured, independent working style and strong service orientation
  • Business-fluent German; good English skills are an advantage
