About the role
- Support HR Assistants with all personnel-related matters (contracts, reference letters, appointment coordination, etc.)
- Additional administrative HR duties
- Support in recruiting
- Conduct interviews, e.g. with prospective apprentices/trainees
- Provide comprehensive support for vocational training/apprenticeship programs
- Independently organize, manage and take responsibility for housing procurement/staff accommodations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field or relevant professional experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work independently, reliable and discreet
- Friendly demeanor and service-oriented mindset
- Experience in personnel planning and recruitment and knowledge of employment/labor law is an advantage
- Very good German skills, basic English
