About the role

  • Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
  • Support our F&B Assistant in staff supervision.
  • Onboard and train new employees.
  • Supervise apprentices in the service department.
  • Contribute to the optimization of workflows.
  • Work in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS system.
  • Order supplies and carry out inventory checks.
  • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Ideally a completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail, or a comparable qualification.
  • Previous experience as a shift supervisor or in a comparable position is desirable.
  • Ideally some initial experience in personnel management.
  • Enthusiasm for guest service.
  • Good spoken and written German and English skills.
