About the role

  • Creating daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant.
  • Supporting our F&B Assistant in staff management.
  • Onboarding and training new employees.
  • Supervising trainees in service.
  • Contributing to the optimization of work processes.
  • Working in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints via the POS/cash register systems.
  • Ordering supplies and conducting inventories.
  • Implementing measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Ideally a completed vocational training in hospitality or retail, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position is desirable.
  • Preferably some first experience in personnel management.
  • Enjoyment of guest service and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good spoken and written English and German skills.
