About the role
- Creating daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant.
- Supporting our F&B Assistant in staff management.
- Onboarding and training new employees.
- Supervising trainees in service.
- Contributing to the optimization of work processes.
- Working in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints via the POS/cash register systems.
- Ordering supplies and conducting inventories.
- Implementing measures to improve quality and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Ideally a completed vocational training in hospitality or retail, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position is desirable.
- Preferably some first experience in personnel management.
- Enjoyment of guest service and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good spoken and written English and German skills.
