• Develop and implement a targeted marketing strategy aligned to growth in pharma, biotech, semiconductor, and data centre sectors
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline development
• Produce high-quality, technically credible content including case studies, expert insights, and thought leadership
• Support prequalification, bid, and tender submissions with compelling marketing materials
• Manage and evolve brand positioning to reflect expertise in cleanroom and controlled environment solutions
• Oversee digital channels including website, SEO, and social media to drive engagement and visibility
• Track and analyse campaign performance, using data to optimise ROI
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team (2 people), ensuring high standards of delivery and professional growth
• Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Manage external agencies and ensure consistent, high-quality output

Marketing Manager

Administration

• Check, acknowledge and log all tender documents and amendments
• Add tender to Tender Work Load programme
• Organise copy of tender documents and amendments for appropriate parties
• Ensure BoQ’s are copied and drawings prepared for site visits
• Support the estimator in identifying sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare enquiry packages and dispatch to sub-contractors and suppliers
• Follow up supplier/sub-contractor phone calls and maintain a live progress schedule report
• Ensure sub-contractor and supplier quotations are received and input into the estimating system
• Hand-over and presentation of returned and completed tender bid enquiry package to the estimator
• Attend tender launch and mid tender review meetings
• Ensure all information and arrangements are made for tender adjudication meeting
• Attend adjudication meeting and prepare summary minutes as directed
• Maintain central tender filing system
• Prepare files in conjunction with the estimator for hand-over meeting

Estimating Administrator

Architect

• Lead a team of Technologists across multiple projects
• Ensure Ardmac design solutions are of the highest quality, delivered on schedule, and within budget
• Take responsibility for the production, supervision, and delivery of design solutions
• Ensure a smooth handover of design packages to the construction team
• Review project specifications and scope and agree deliverables
• Manage project design budgets and programmes using last planner and other planning tools
• Ensure all designs comply with regulations and standards
• Report output and productivity against agreed targets
• Mentor assigned resources to support their professional development
• Generate and manage technical aspects of subcontractor packages
• Oversee product selection, detailing, and material interfacing
• Raise and respond to design stage RFIs and COVIs
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan design criteria
• Identify long-lead materials to assist procurement
• Attend site meetings as required
• Assist with tender proposal preparation
• Protect the company’s contractual position at design stage, including correspondence with the Design Team and subcontractors
• Promote and protect Ardmac’s image and interests
