Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years' relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
  • Construction methods and technologies
  • Measurement and valuation
  • Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement
  • Experience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports.
  • Familiar with contracts; bespoke and standard forms
