Manage and perform clinical program and clinical trial cost modeling
Collaborate and align with Clinical Development and FP&A personnel
Provide expertise in clinical cost and service analytics
Compile and reconcile historical cost data from disparate sources
Prepare reports, charts, and other graphic material
Evaluate and analyze cost metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop and implement novel planning solutions
Assist CC&O on projects dependent on analytical and computational software support
Participate in CC&O systems related enhancement projects
May directly supervise employees and contractors

Requirements

B.A./B.S. required
MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred
At least 10+ years in related business/industry experience
Minimum of 5 years performing clinical cost analyses
Experience at a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO company
Experience in an oncology setting preferred
Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Strong financial acumen
Advanced knowledge in Excel, computational, and data visualization software (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau)
